4.) What are your most important strengths?
One has to describe strengths that employer needs most. If you are applying for engineering position, you are probably
smart, creative and precise. A person who wants to work for security company should emphasize that he is honest,
responsible and hardworking.
5.) What are your weaknesses?
The trick is to discuss weaknesses that can also be interpreted as strengths. Possibly you are so involved with your work
that you think about projects even on weekends. Let’s say you are too detail oriented because you check things several times
to make sure everything is running smooth.
Above answers illustrate weaknesses that are also strengths. You must think about your qualities that underline both, weakness and
strengths at the same time.
6.) What was your most challenging project?
You have to describe the project and challenges that you faced. Then you should explain how you were able to overcome
problems and complete the project successfully. You can discuss projects that you had to complete on a short notice or
assignments where you had to learn new skills. If you had very demanding clients, you should describe how you were able
to satisfy their needs.
Note: There are different variations of question about projects. Other examples include:
“Describe the project that you completed on time” or “Tell us about the project that went into overtime” and so on. The key to a good answer is to think about projects you were involved in and your personal and professional qualities that helped you to achieve success.
